Tyler leads Meridian Engineering’s Right of Way Division with a client-focused approach and extensive experience is ROW acquisition, project coordination, and stakeholder relations.
In 2025, following the retirement of Meridian’s founding principals, Michael, Nichole, and Tyler became majority owners of the firm. Each has spent years leading their departments and helping shape Meridian’s direction, bringing continuity, experience, and a deep understanding of our clients and communities.
Today, they continue to build on that foundation with a strong focus on people and culture, investing in employees, encouraging balance, and prioritizing safety for our field teams. They understand that when employees feel supported, they do their best work, and that shows in the relationships we build and the level of repeat work we earn. Their leadership reflects a shared commitment to delivering quality, dependable results our clients can count on.
