Summary

This new deluxe, modern, two-level 30,391-square-foot facility located at 239 West off Monroe Street (9270 S.) was designed to serve as a home base for the city’s dedicated firefighters including training classrooms, living quarters for 14, 5 apparatus and ambulance bays, and parking, all for supporting faster response times, enhanced training, and future Sandy City community growth.

In collaboration with ajc architects, Meridian Engineering provided comprehensive site design and civil engineering services including topographic survey, utility extensions, grading and drainage plans, stormwater management, roadway extensions, and construction period services. Every design element was developed to ensure reliable infrastructure and seamless operations for emergency response.
