Spanish Fork Replacement High School

Summary

Meridian Engineering in collaboration with the KMA Architects design team has completed the civil design for a impressive, secure, modern, two-story educational facility located just west of the existing high school that was built back in 1962.

The civil engineering role began with supplemental surveying, site grading and drainage plans for parking lots, bus and parent drop zones, drivers ed range, sports playfields, and field house. In addition, Meridian provided site utility design for all new sewer, water, and storm drain connections, and roadway enhancements to 300 West. The new 369,707 square foot school is under construction by Westland Construction and is scheduled to welcome students in the fall of 2024.

Meridian’s involvement in the site design for the new athletic field and stadium completed last fall included artificial turf to be used for football, soccer, track, and other sports.
