Sprague Library Renovation

Summary

This much needed renovation due to flood damage was designed by Architectural Nexus with the intent of maintaining the library’s historic English Tudor charm, while meeting the modern needs of the community. Located near 2131 South and 1100 East, the library has been a centerpiece of the Sugar House community since its opening in 1928.

For the renovated site design, Meridian provided accessible grading plans, utility modification and new fire line. Construction period services and storm water pollution prevention plans were also included.
