This project is comprised of remodeling an existing 14,600 SF empty building in the Little Cottonwood Shopping Center next to the Home Depot. Located at 9400 South and Highland Drive (1880 East) this store provides an alternative location to purchase cold beer, wine, and spirits.
Inside its modern design includes a retail area feature with local products made in Utah, remodeled space for retail sales, storage, an office, conference room, restrooms, breakroom with lockers, a stock room, and an enclosed shipping/loading dock. A geometric design ensemble of elements and wall art characterize the interior and exterior architecture for improving a customer’s long lasting shopping experience.
